Inclusive Smile Care

AKIM Israel, in partnership with Hebrew University-Hadassah School of Dental Medicine, and with the generous support of Alpha Omega Foundation US and Henry Schein Cares, established a program to empower young adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities by training them for auxiliary roles in the dental profession. This two-year Supported Employment Program provides hands-on training, equipping participants with valuable skills that enhance their employability in dental offices. Its success is evident, as graduates have secured meaningful employment in the dental industry, fostering inclusivity and professional growth.
