Inclusive Smile Care

AKIM Israel, in partnership with Hebrew University-Hadassah School of Dental Medicine and the generous support of Alpha Omega Foundation US and Henry Schein Cares established a program to train young adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in auxiliary jobs in the dental profession. The 2-year Supported Employment Program trains individuals with disabilities to gain valuable skills and boost their employability in dental offices. The program's success is evident as graduates have found employment in the dental industry.
